At BARK-INK, every item is made to order with care and attention to detail. Because of the personalised and custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds unless the product is faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery .

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number, a description of the fault, and clear photos of the item.

Once confirmed, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.

No Refunds or Returns

As all products are made to order, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size, or customisation errors provided at checkout.

Important Notes

Faults caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or not following care instructions are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

Please double-check all custom details (e.g., size, text, colours) before placing your order, as we cannot accept responsibility for errors provided by the customer.
